Karsten Matthes

Karsten Matthes studied education science in Hamburg, specializing in human resources and psychology. He completed challenging leadership programs at a young age already, first as part of his officer training and later at a leading global healthcare group. After his career as an officer, he started at a globally operating owner-operated SME specializing in medical technology (Biotronik).

As a member of the management of the multinational healthcare company Sanofi, he was responsible for human resources in three countries, at nine locations, and for a total of over 2,000 employees. Since 2013 he has been a business and HR consultant supporting the consulting and executive search team at PAWLIK Consultants as a partner. Outstanding industry knowledge, in-depth consulting expertise, and an extensive international network set him apart.
