After successfully completing her training as a marketing communications specialist at the renowned advertising agency Jung von Matt, Katharina Münd gained her first professional experience in human resources management and recruiting. This laid the foundation for her subsequent career, and she then moved on to a personnel consultancy company for digital executives. In her consulting role, Katharina Münd discovered her great passion for digital business models and primarily filled C-level and management positions at start-ups/scale-ups, medium-sized companies and companies in the tech industry. To further develop her expertise on the client side, she then started working for a renowned, fast-growing Hamburg-based real-time market research start-up and, in her role as Head of Talent & Culture, built it up from 18 to 200 employees worldwide within 3 years as well as taking on the responsibility for the disciplinary management of a recruiting team. Katharina Münd has been part of PAWLIK Recruiters in Hamburg since the beginning of 2023, and both her many years of expertise in building and expanding fast-growing organizations in the digital and communications industries, as well as her in-depth experience as a recruiter with a focus on filling challenging leadership positions in the tech industry are beneficial to clients and candidates.
