Lina Soffner completed her Bachelor's degree in Global Management and subsequently gained her first professional experience in HR consulting, where she placed specialists and managers from the engineering sector. During this time, she discovered her interest in sales and human resources and subsequently completed her Master of Science in Management & Entrepreneurship with a focus on human resources at Leuphana University. In the course of her studies, she founded her own company, a platform for sponsorship in women's sports. Lina Soffner's strengths include in particular her high level of intercultural competence. During her Bachelor's and Master's studies, she completed study and internship semesters in South Africa, Namibia and Taiwan.
