After completing clinical training and working in healthcare and nursing, Peter Hoyer moved to a market-leading DAX corporation in the field of medical technology in 1991. This corporation sent him to Hong Kong as its marketing director for Asia-Pacific. While working, Hoyer also completed an MBA at the University of Hull and an executive MBA at the Kaderschule St Gallen. He worked at a global player in biotechnology in Germany, before establishing a regional HQ in Hong Kong for an American family business in orthopedics. Here he also established a distributor network in China, Japan, Korea, and Australia. In 2011 a product innovation took him to England, where he was responsible for market access for a dialysis machine as Chief Commercial Officer and member of the management at a start-up. Since 2019 he has been applying his expertise in HR consulting. He was initially a partner at a Frankfurt-based consulting firm and since January 2022 has been an alliance partner on PAWLIK’s consulting and executive search team.
