Felix Ohlhauser already gained experience abroad in the Netherlands, South Korea, and Spain while studying for his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. In 2019 he completed his part-time MBA degree in corporate management at the HSBA in Hamburg. He already discovered his passion for sales as a student through practical experience in the automotive industry and at Robert Bosch GmbH, where he was tasked with establishing and expanding international sales relationships between production locations.

In 2015, Felix Ohlhauser moved to PAWLIK Consultants. He was initially responsible for the establishment of an international consultant network, and acquired and planned major projects in personnel development – chiefly in the automotive, mechanical engineering, and consumer goods industry. At PAWLIK Recruiters, he is responsible for staffing management and sales positions in various different sectors.
