Jan Wiegmann

Consultant

Jan Wiegmann grew up in Germany and Austria. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (FH) in Business Administration & E-Business Management from the IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems on the Danube and a Bachelor of Science in General Psychology as well as a Master of Science in Occupational, Organizational and Business Psychology with a focus on Economic Psychology from the University of Vienna. In addition, Mr. Wiegmann concluded a coaching training. He is also certified in Executive Research by the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC).

His professional career in Executive Search began when he was still studying for his master’s degree in Vienna. He worked first as an intern in a Viennese boutique and then as a project assistant at Korn Ferry Vienna, a publicly listed market leader in executive search. Mr. Wiegmann has been with PAWLIK Recruiters since 2020, working as a Research Associate and Consultant on national and international search projects. He has a total of 5 years of professional experience in the executive search industry.

Jan Wiegmann's core competence lies in the execution of executive search mandates: the identification, acquisition and evaluation of the most suitable candidates in the market for the target position as well as support of candidates and clients in the process. Mr. Wiegmann primarily supports clients from the life sciences, mechanical engineering / industrial / IIoT, professional services, telecommunications and retail industries in their search for specialists and executives in HR, finance, marketing, general management and sales functions.
