Miriam Wollmuth completed her Bachelor of Arts in international development at the University of Vienna and her Master of Arts in business with a focus on hospitality management at the University of Applied Sciences of Salzburg. She also earned a certificate in labor law from Hamburger Fern-Hochschule (distance learning university) and is currently completing further training in personnel development at the Bremen Chamber of Industry and Commerce alongside her job.

Miriam Wollmuth spent almost six years working at hotels in Vienna, Salzburg, London, and Munich, most recently as a front office manager. Here she came across personnel recruitment and selection, which motivated her to switch to HR consulting. Miriam Wollmuth spent four years working at an HR consultancy with a focus on executive search, staffing management positions in the IT sector.

Since October 2021, she has been supporting the executive search team at Pawlik Recruiters. Her expertise includes staffing executive positions as well as key and specialist positions.
