Werner Gmelin

Alliance Partner

Werner Gmelin has a degree in physics. After conducting scientific research on space exploration, he switched to medical technology. He initially spent eight years working in product management at a DAX corporation. He then spent eleven years in various executive positions in the healthcare division of a US conglomerate, where he completed several leadership programs and also worked as a member of the management of a German subsidiary. In 2009 he changed field and moved to one of the top ten HR consultancies in Germany as a consultant. He then became a partner at a consulting firm in Frankfurt. Since January 2022, he has been an alliance partner on PAWLIK’s consulting and executive search team. Werner Gmelin has excellent industry knowledge in medical technology, healthcare, pharma and life sciences, as well as in complex technologies. His extensive network and many years of expertise in seeking and selecting specialists and executives set him apart. He is convinced that every mandate is unique.
